Jannah Hotels & Resorts has launched a new boutique hotel project in Abu Dhabi, called Happiness Island Resort.
The new Abu Dhabi beach resort is located on an island, two minutes away from Saadiyat Island and can be accessed by speed boat. It features 26 two-bedroom villas, referred to as “Houses of Happiness”.
Each villa contains a kitchen as well as an outdoor terrace which leads directly to the beach. Each terrace is also separated by walls of greenery to offer privacy to each villa. The villas are also available on a year-long lease.
Facilities include two swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool with views over the sea, as well as a children’s play area.
On the edge of one of the pools is a waterfall bar and guests can relax around the pool area on beanbags and sofas.
Dining options include an all-day dining restaurant by the pool, serving a menu of burgers, sharwarmas and pizza, and a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant will open shortly.
Shisha is on offer at the poolside.
There are also plans to open a spa and introduce water sport and wellness activities such as yoga, aqua aerobics and pilates. For meetings and team building activities, there is a multi-purpose room equipped with audio and visual equipment.
